General terms and conditions of sale

Rate type:

The prices indicated are for accommodation (room and night), for the number of people and the dates selected above, unless otherwise specified.

Unless they are not included in the offer or specifically indicated at the time of booking, complementary services (such as breakfast, half board, full board, etc.) are optional and will be paid at the hotel.

It’s posible to make two types of reservations, “Standard” reservations and “Non-refundable” reservations.

* The Standard Reservation is the reservation of a room with breakfast in which it is not necessary for the client to make any prior payment. To confirm the reservation, a credit card is required to guarantee it.

The payment of the reservation will be directly at the hotel at the time of arrival or departure.

* The Non-refundable Reservation is the reservation of a room without breakfast with a 10% discount. The hotel charges the amount at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:

* Standard Room: If the reservation is canceled or modified during the 3 days prior to arrival or no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged and the reservation will be canceled.

In July and August if you cancel or modify during the 3 days prior to arrival or no-show, the amount of the first and second night will be charged and the reservation will be canceled.

* Room Non-refundable Rate: If canceled, 100% of the amount will be charged.

It does not admit refunds but  modifications within the same year that the reservation has been done. The price may vary depending on the dates chosen.

The name of the person making the reservation must match the name of the holder of the credit or debit card used to make the reservation. This card must be presented  at the time of check-in. In the case of modifying a reservation, this reservation may be considered as a new reservation, being able to update the rate according to price and availability and the conditions established on the day the reservation modification is made.

* No show

All those reservations that do not appear at the hotel will have a charge equivalent to 100% of the total amount of the first two nights.

In case of early departure, it will be agreed with the hotel reception if there are surcharges.

TURIST TAX REGULATION:

In compliance with the tourist tax regulations to be applied on November 1st, 2012, the amount corresponding to the current rate per person and night will be applied, not included in the final price of the reservation.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

Check-in hours are from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Check-out from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
