At HOTEL RIOMAR we take the security of all our customers very seriously, and their personal data is no exception. Hotel RIOMAR protects personal data as established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of these in order to respect the fundamental freedoms and rights of the persons to whom such data belong.

You can file a complaint with the competent control authority (www.agpd.es) if you consider that the treatment does not comply with current regulations.
